Unleashing one’s full leadership potential and delivering high-impact business results in today’s dynamic environment is challenging. For leaders who want to grow their careers or businesses without burning out and without sacrificing their personal fulfillment and happiness, the challenge is even greater.

Professionals of all levels will benefit as they learn how to unlock personal mindsets and capabilities needed to expand their ability to lead, grow, and drive impact in their lives and organizations. We will explore tactics to identify and manage stress triggers, tools to develop resilience, and skills to achieve increased integration of work and personal lives.

Participants will learn:

  • How to lead without sacrificing health and family
  • Key strategies to proactively identify and manage stress triggers
  • Tools to support work-life integration
  • Sustaining practices to expand resilience

Following the 60-minute webinar, participants are invited to join an optional 15-minute breakout session with a small group of fellow alumni to discuss key takeaways and offer support.
