Join GSB Professor Frank Flynn in discussing the key factors that account for great leadership. His talk will center around two recent empirical research studies, both of which involve samples of GSB MBA students. The first study highlights a common misconception about the critical ingredient for leadership success (it doesn't matter as much as we think it does). The second study highlights an individual trait that may be the true "secret sauce" (it matters much more than we realize). Having that one special trait can lead to great success for the individual leader, but perhaps more importantly, it can also lead to great success for the groups that these individuals are entrusted to lead. At the end of the session, we'll have plenty of time for Q&A with Professor Flynn.

This event is sponsored by the GSB Bay Area Recent Alumni Ambassadors.

The event is limited to Business School Alumni/Students.
