Business leaders need to be able to communicate with clarity and impact even when unexpected situations arise.

In this interactive and improv-based workshop, you will learn skills for thinking on your feet and handling the unexpected with calm, grace, inclusiveness, and humor. You will gain tools for delivering the message you want with confidence and resilience.

Listening is a critical part of spontaneous conversations and Q&A. In this session you will practice listening techniques that create authentic connections with others in the moment.

This workshop is fun and highly experiential: You will go to breakout rooms to practice the skills you are learning. Be ready to dive in, participate, learn, and enjoy this engaging way to bond with your fellow GSB alumni.

Please note: video and audio are required in order to participate. This event will not be recorded. Please have pen and paper ready to use during the session.

Due to the interactive nature of this session, spots are limited. Don't delay!

The event is limited to Business School Alumni/Students.
