The fight for racial and gender equality in the workplace starts with you! You’re invited to an interactive session with experienced leaders intended to give people managers the tactical tools to create and develop diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.

Our event will consist of a panel and interactive breakout groups led by Chaka Booker, MBA '04, Managing Director at The Broad Center and author of Mastering the Hire: 12 Strategies to Improve Your Odds of Finding the Best Hire and friend of the GSB “Equity by Design” course Tiana Conley (Xavier ‘08), VP of Global Cereal at the Kellogg Company.

You will leave with actionable tips you can implement immediately to help make you a better leader and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion at work.

This event was organized by the Bay Area Recent Alumni Ambassadors

The event is limited to Stanford Alumni/Students.
