Lisa Ronson - Chief Marketing Officer, Coles
Lisa is currently Chief Marketing Officer of Coles leading the development and implementation of the consumer marketing strategy across supermarkets, online, Liquor, Express and convenience businesses. A commercially focused Senior Executive with 20 years’ experience, across multiple national and global brands and a diverse range of industries – FMCG, Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications and Banking, and a focus on sports and entertainment marketing, Lisa has consistently raised the bar in each organisation she has worked. Career highlights include managing the Visa Sydney 2000 marketing communications programs, building the Financial Services Division at David Jones, launching the David Jones American Express card, winning a 2013 Westpac CEO Award, being elected as an active Board Member for The Global Banking Alliance for Women, producing the Air Rescue TV series, and developing the communications for The Westpac Bicentennial Foundation in 2014 and picking up 10 Lions at Cannes International Festival of Creativity 2018.
Nick Adams - Chief Market Manager, Allianz Australia
Nick is the Chief Market Manager for Allianz Australia leading a highly skilled and passionate Market Management team. Nick's agenda at Allianz is to defend and grow customer and shareholder value with a highly focused customer and innovation program. Nick has over twenty four years experience leading large and complex marketing functions in blue chip organisations, including Telstra, Westpac, American Express and Citibank. He really enjoys working with MarTech and AdTech and deep insights to industrialise customer programs that drive value for both the customer and the shareholder. In 2009/10 he was named Australian Direct Marketer of the Year, and in 2013 was named as one 100 Global Marketing Leaders by Internationalist Magazine between 2011-2015 and is an active supporter of ADMA and their work on policy, regulation and education.
John O'Sullivan - Chief Executive Officer, Experience Co
John has over 25 years’ experience in the tourism and related industries sector, having held senior executive roles with Football Federation Australia (Chief Commercial Officer), Events Queensland (Chief Executive Officer), Fox Sports (Chief Operating Officer) and for the last 5 years Managing Director of Tourism Australia where he managed a team of more than 200 staff in 13 locations, including China, London and Germany, and led the restructure of teams and people to improve performance and to place increased investment where required to achieve the best results. John has extensive leadership capabilities and experience in sales and marketing, event management and digital technology on a local and global stage. John holds an Executive MBA and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
