Didn’t win the H-1B visa lottery or need to renew your H-1B? Did you receive a Request for Evidence? Is your OPT coming to an end soon, and do you need alternatives? Wondering about visa options for entrepreneurs?

Join us to learn about temporary and permanent visa solutions offering the best opportunities to pursue your career aspirations in the United States.

The H-1B work visa has been the solution of choice for graduates seeking employment in the U.S., but has become increasingly unreliable. Quota limits have not increased to keep up with demand, resulting in chronic shortages every year. Meanwhile, current practices are resulting in record levels of denials even for occupations and employers who have historically enjoyed success.

What to do? Look beyond H-1B and consider alternatives.

In this online Q&A session, immigration attorney Matt Schulz will help you gain a better understanding of the options available to you and your employer/venture. Topics include:

  • Employment-based immigrant visas (EB2 and EB3) for professionals from any country
  • Extraordinary ability visas (O-1 and EB1A) for those already accomplished
  • Trade and investment visas (E-1 and E-2) for citizens of select countries
  • Immigrant investor (EB5) visas for investment in your own projects or the projects of others
  • Free trade agreement visas (TN, H1B1 and E-3) for professionals from select countries
  • Visas for (H-1B) professionals that are exempt from quota limits

Please note, webinar time is noon Pacific Time.
