B2C Digital Marketing and eCommerce: Belk Stores – A Case Study

Digital Marketing (DM) is pervasive, powerful and ever-more-important to execs at all levels, from large companies to single-shingle service providers.

Join the GSB Carolinas Chapter as its panel of expert DM practitioners provides insight into best practices, evolving trends, the arcane details of search engine optimization, and other key topics for business-to consumer DM.

We will feature Ivy Chin, SVP eCommerce & Omnichannel Digital at Belk, who will describe Belk’s journey to state-of-the art B2C marketing and ecommerce under her leadership. We expect to gain some intriguing insights into online business practices as well as the process of technologically-related change inside of a large consumer-facing organization. Once again, it’s not the material we learned in business school.
