Explore the business and flavors of artisanal chocolate and craft distilleries with a guided tour from Lauren Adler, Founder and Chief Chocophile of Chocolopolis, and Jeana Harrington, Managing Director of Oola Distillery. The evening features a guided chocolate and whiskey tasting. You will learn to use all of your senses as you travel through the five different cacao-growing regions and the process behind micro-distilling.

Lauren Adler, Founder and Chief Chocophile of Chocolopolis, will guide us through the history of artisan bean-to-bar and craft chocolate movements, and how cacao varietal, fermentation and production techniques influence the quality of chocolate.
Jeana Harrington, Managing Director of Oola Distillery, will guide us through the distilling process, history of various flavor profiles, focusing on whiskey/whisky/bourbon and recent trends surrounding artisan/craft/micro-distilleries.
