People who focus on using their strengths are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. Sounds good, right?

Yet research shows that people aren’t fully aware of their natural talents, undervalue them, or just aren’t sure what to do with them. In this virtual workshop, we’ll use the CliftonStrengths assessment to start solving that problem and enhance your understanding of: 

  • Your unique combination of talents and strengths 

  • How they show up in everything you do, and 

  • How you can harness them for even greater success

You’ll receive a code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment in advance of the session and will receive a personalized report of your top five talent themes. Bring your results with you to review and discuss with other participants in small groups. You’ll also receive an eBook that provides deeper insights about how to use your talents and strengths. 

Whether you want to have greater impact in your day-to-day job, in a volunteer capacity, or in reaching your personal goals, this workshop will start you on a path to reap greater satisfaction and results in your life and work.

What is a virtual workshop?

A virtual workshop is conducted online but otherwise feels like an in-person workshop. There will be group discussions and opportunities to talk with fellow participants in small groups. Active participation is required using the camera and audio on your computer or mobile device.
